Sweet! a high of 12 today, joists on sauna are almost done. Dwight is staying at his parents tonight and then first thing in the morning he is driving his dad to Florida and then will fly back. I will take his mom to the airport on Sunday when Dwight gets back.
I want to surprise Dwight and get the cedar deck done and put on some Australian oil on it while the weather is good. The deck is 11 by 14 hahah and the sauna is only 7 by 8' The whole thing is simply beautiful.
I am very pleased the way the pebble floor turned out. Not to say it was without some frustrations getting it right. I misted with some water so it can cure nice and slow. Next week I will seal it.

Yesterday when I arrived at the cabin my old fishing rod was leaning on the little table so I just grabbed it and threw it out, bang, got myself a 3 1/2lb pike, wooohoooo, on my way home I did the same thing, woooohooo another one. We had pike burgers for dinner and a few meals in the freezer.
