Wow, what a machine.....it eats everything, very fast and efficient. We had a smoothie this morning, it just pulverizes everything and so fast.
Then I made a hummus...the smoothest hummus ever! Then I tried some homemade mayonaise with 3 of our eggs that I pasturized. I will never buy mayo again! Because I pasturized the eggs, the mayo is supposed to be good for 2-4 weeks in the fridge...not to worry we go through a lot of mayo.
To pasturize eggs you put them in water and bring and hold the temp to 140F for 3-5 minutes depending on the size of your eggs.
