There is a small part of our lake at the house that is open as well as the lake at the cabin. At the house a loon has appeared...the earliest I have ever seen. Today I prepared a small garden that I had beside the turkey shed. As I was digging I saw some large garlic cloves that I had planted last fall. Dwight and I had gone to an organic market and bought some lovely large garlic bulbs....$2 a head! so I took some of them and planted them and they are very happy. This little garden by the shed is where I grow my rhubarb. It would also be perfect for peas and greens so today I made the fence around it and dug in some wonderful compost which the dogs love....hence the fence:)...Arthur is busy trying
