This was our second year for making maple syrup and with the weather it almost didn't happen. We got two days of sap running last week before it stopped due to the warm nights. Luckily it went below freezing on friday and Saturday nights so we got another 40 gallons in. So far, two gallons of syrup. We'll see what's in the buckets tonight but that could be pretty well it for the season.
