Caramel Sauce
I always double this recipe
It will thicken as it cools. It is also great on ice cream and toast!
Try sliced apples dipped in the caramel sauce....yup I love caramel sauce!

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup carnation milk
- pinch of salt....really enhances the caramel, especially if the butter you use is unsalted.
