Beans and Rice
So simple, fast, so good and you can change it up anyway you like
Fry the onions in butter for a few minutes, throw in the garlic and green pepper, fry for about five minutes, add all the rest of the ingredients, heat up and serve.

- I cup cooked rice.
- can black beans rinsed, last night I used lentils instead,
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- I onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- I pepper, green and or red for color
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 jerk spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
