After working with the chicken wire I wanted to try with just the roll of wire...I bought a few different gauges...got some inspiration from the net and away I went. There is one fellow "Robin Wight" in the UK who does these wonderful wire fairies....I corresponded with him and away I went to make my very first wire fairy.
She turned out delightful...a lot learned...cant wait to do the next one. There is over 100' of wire in her! so she has a bit of heft to her.
Working with the wire can be a bit hard on the hands and fingers but then I can always rest them and move to something else.
I like this particular lady because you can hang her from the wall or ceiling.
