    Post the w$300 Damage/security  check and 50 % deposit mailed to address above, balance in cash preferable or you can send an email money transfer to the email above, or mail to         Check in 2:30 -before dark.   Check out 11:30 am

    Confirmation of Acceptance and Deposit .....The Deposit shall be made by cheque, money order or bank draft payable  to Lucy Willemsen or email money transfer sent to info@lonewolfcabin within seven (7) days following confirmation to the address above.

    The Security Damage Deposit    The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Renter within seven (7) days following the Departure Date or destroyed.  

    Maintenance by Owner............In the event of failure of any piece of equipment, machinery or appliance at the Property during the Rental as Agent for the Owner, may be contacted at 819-671-1123 or cell (613) 864-5829 otherwise please leave a note so that I know what needs to be fixed or replaced. 

    Pets...In regard to pets to ensure that we can continue to allow pets to come to the cabin your pet needs to be well behaved with no excessive barking, chewing, aggression or chasing deer.  Remember to clean up all of your pets poo on the property before leaving. Also hair from the carpets. Pets need to be given a flea product such as Advantage to ensure that fleas are not passed on to the next pet or at the cabin.  

    Cancellation Policy
     In the event the Renter advises the Agent that he or she wishes to cancel this Agreement thirty (30) or less prior to the Arrival Date, a cancellation fee of the Deposit already paid will be charged to the Renter unless otherwise able to be rented at the last moment.
